Jasmine Cocktail
Adapted from Cocktail: the Drinks Bible for the 21st Century.
This one is tart and not so sweet.
1.5 oz gin
0.25 oz cointreau
0.25 oz campari
0.75 oz lemon juice
Shake with ice, then strain into a coupe.
For a slightly sweeter version
Add 0.5 oz simple syrup to the ingredients listed above, shake with ice and pour in in a highball glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water.
